Healing Through Heart: A Cacao Ceremony for People in Recovery
Join us for a soul-nourishing evening of connection, reflection, and renewal. This cacao ceremony is a sacred space created just for those in recovery—a safe, supportive environment where you can reconnect with your heart, your purpose, and your community.
What to Expect:
• A warm, grounding cacao ceremony with ethically sourced ceremonial-grade cacao prepared with oat milk, Ceylon cinnamon, organic Madagascar vanilla, locally sourced honey, and sea salt
• Guided meditation & gentle breathwork to open the heart and calm the mind
• Intentional sharing circle and space for silent reflection
• A healing atmosphere rooted in compassion, non-judgment, and mutual support
Before the ceremony:
• Fast lightly or eat clean: Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, or alcohol for a few hours beforehand to let the cacao work more deeply. Also try to avoid dairy.
• Set an intention: Take a few moments to reflect on why you're participating. Ask yourself: What am I hoping to connect with or release?
• Hydrate: Drink water so you're well-hydrated. Bring water with you to the ceremony.
• Journal: If it feels right, jot down your thoughts, emotions, or intentions. Feel free to bring the journal with you.
